Is it ordering from this website secure?

Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our customers online is secure.

Do I need to create an account to receive my parcel?
You can create an account to save your preferred methods of payment, delivery address, wish lists, exclusive promotions and more on the "Create my Account" page. 

 

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Based on your delivery choice during checkout some parcels might require a signature upon receipt. This provides you with additional security and offers protection should you want your items delivered to an address that differs from the billing address.

Couriers will make three attempts to deliver your parcel and you can leave a contact number to arrange a suitable time. If a third delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be taken to the depot where you’ll be able to collect it.

How can I update my personal details?

It’s simple to update your details when you need to, however please make sure to have an account on Nyny Ryke site. All you need to do is, login and visit the "My Account" dashboard, where you can click on "my details" to edit what’s stored.

How do I reset my account password?
You can reset your account password by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link at the bottom of the account login page.

How do I Know if my order is ready or not?

Once you place the order, we will email you with a confirmation therefore, please make sure that you email address is correct followed by the timing to process it before shipping. We will be constantly update from our team about your or purchase when necessary.

How do I stop receiving newsletters or marketing emails?
You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of your email

How can I check my order and delivery status?

Once you have placed your order online, allow 1  business days for us to process your order and send it from our distribution centre before you can begin to track your order. You will then receive an order confirmation email with a link to track your order when this will be full-fill .

What is your delivery time & cost?

The duration of delivery may differ based on the country you're ordering from . Please consider the time of production (from 2 to 20 working days) unless the product is already in stock. If the product is already in stock,  proceed with the selection of the country and type of delivery at the checkout.

What can I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Please contact us at  INFO@NYNYRYKE.COM stating your order reference number, item received and details of what you should have received and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

How do I see my  orders  on www.nynyryke.com?

If you've placed an order on www.nynyryke.com and you have an account, you will still be able to see your order history by signing in and clicking on "Profile". You can also check your order and return status.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Duration of shipping may differ as  each item requires a different day for the production (from 2 to 14 working days) in addition of delivery timing based on your choice at checkout.

Where can I find my order number?

Once your order is placed, you’ll be sent an order confirmation email with your order number and details.

How many days do I have to return my order?

Return your item anytime  within 30 days of receiving your order if they are qualify  for our returns policy. 

​

When will I receive my refund?

We proceed to a refund as soon as the item returns to the Atelier or warehouse followed by an email notification informing you that your request is being processed. Most customers can expect the returned funds to appear on their bank statement within two  working days. However, for some card providers it may take up to ten working days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to cancel an order placed less than 3 hours ago, please contact us by email at INFO@NYNYRYKE.COM or whatsapp at +44 (0) 7732110404.

If your order has been dispatched and is in transit, we are unable to process the cancellation. Therefore, the order could  be returned to sender after reached the destination. Please be aware that we will retain 25% of the total amount to cover the shipping cost, material expenses  and the other 75% of  value will be refunded to your original method of payment (This policy applicable for all made-on measure or custom Products). This is due to the fact that all personalised Items in the features, fabric patterns and textures, size or name can not be resold. Please allow from two to ten working days for the money to show in your account.

For all others  "in stock products" the order could  be cancel anytime before shipping. If the items has been shipped before the cancellation, please returned to the sender, we will retain in this case only the shipping fee, which is variable based on the countries (the remain amount  will then refund).

Returning the Product(s) to us for any reason other than the products being faulty, you are responsible for returning the products to us and pay the cost or returning for countries outside U.K. Free returns for all  U.K customers.

Any Products returned must be received by us in the same unused condition with the tags attached and must be unwashed, in the same packaging as when we delivered them to you wether possible.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my order? 

Yes; an invoice will automatically be send out after ordering however, if you wish to receive a special invoice for your company, please send us the request via email at INFO@NYNYRYKE.COM and we will proceed to create one. If any items are returned, the Sales Receipt will be updated once a refund is processed.

Can I  place a special order or request via phone ?

At the moment we only can accept orders via our online platform. However, if you require assistance with any concerns or special request please contact our "customer service" via email and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
